Looking for a local fishing guide that is dedicated to their customers, one that
will put you on fish and make you a better angler, well you come to the right
place. Whether you're a gear fisherman or a fly fisherman, from beginner to
experienced, male or female, we'll gladly accommodate a custom trip for you and
your fishing buddies.
Fish Tale Guide is proud to offer outstanding fishing trips on some of
Washington's most exceptional rivers. When you book a trip with us there are a
number of rivers we target to get you hooked up, depending on time of year,
species targeted and river conditions.
Puget Sound Area Rivers – Snoqualmie, Skykomish, & Snohomish.
South West Rivers – Satsop, Wynochee, Humptullips, Cowlitz, Kalama, & Lewis
Olympic Peninsula Rivers - Sol Duc, Bogachiel & Hoh.
The Yakima River - is a great fly fishing river to target for trout year around.
You'll be sure to have a great time on the water and it's not uncommon to see many different bird species including bald eagles, offsprey, and king fisher to mention a few. We have also been fortunate enough to cross paths with beavers, deer, and elk and a few other critters while quietly drifting down on these beautiful rivers in Washington.
In addition to our classic fishing trips we have lodging options available right on the Sol Duc River in Forks, WA. This vacation home lodge offers comfortable sleeping space for up to 3 people!
Lodging Prices:
One person $49.00 per night;
Each additional person is $30.00 per night
“Fisherman’s Special” if you book 2 consecutive days the O.P. Rivers I will include Lodging for “Free” (Can not be combined with any other offer)
All Equipment and Bait is provided on Your Fishing Trip. We use only the Best Equipment on the Market! Our boats, a 16’8” fully heated Hyde Drift Boat, a 18’ fully heated Fish Rite Jet Sled, or a fully heated 14’ NRS Fishing Raft (for low water conditions)
Join us for your Washington Fishing Trip or Fishing Vacation! It is my goal to make your day on the river enjoyable and to provide you with fond memories of fishing! It is my greatest passion to work hard to put you where the fish are! I will help teach you about the latest fishing techniques and how to read the water. I strongly uphold the catch and release of all wild steelhead!
